This membership is designed to give you clarity, stronger systems, and real-world strategies to improve your practice.

Before you get started, please review the terms below so we’re clear on expectations and responsibilities on both sides.

By purchasing, accessing, or using this membership, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

  1. Overview

This membership is provided by Rae Dental Management, LLC, doing business as Novonee (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

Your membership includes access to training, coaching, resources, and community support designed to help dental teams improve systems, workflows, and performance.

These Terms apply to all users, including practice owners, team members, and anyone accessing content under your account.

  1. Scope of Services

All content, coaching, and materials are provided for educational and informational purposes only.

We share guidance, strategies, and best practices based on real-world experience. We do not provide legal, financial, or clinical advice.

  1. Responsibility for Implementation

By participating in this membership, you acknowledge:

  • You are fully responsible for your practice operations, systems, data, and team performance
  • You are responsible for how and whether recommendations are implemented
  • Your results depend on your team’s execution, consistency, and accountability

We are not responsible for business decisions made based on membership content.

  1. No System Control or Responsibility

We do not own, manage, or control your:

  • Practice management software (including Dentrix or other systems)
  • Third-party tools or integrations
  • Internal workflows or team processes

We are not responsible for:

  • System errors or software performance
  • Data inaccuracies or reporting discrepancies
  • Team mistakes or inconsistent execution
  • Pre-existing system configurations, data issues, or workflows
  1. No Guarantee of Results

We provide proven strategies and guidance based on industry experience.

However, we do not guarantee specific results, including:

  • Production increases
  • Collections improvements
  • Efficiency gains
  • Profitability outcomes

Results depend on leadership, implementation, and team follow-through.

  1. Protected Health Information (PHI)

In certain situations, we may access your systems for training, consulting, or assessment purposes.

We do not download, store, copy, or retain Protected Health Information (PHI) on any personal device or external system. All PHI remains within your practice’s secure environment.

You are responsible for maintaining HIPAA compliance within your practice.

  1. Membership Access & Use

Your membership:

  • Is non-transferable
  • May not be shared outside your organization without permission
  • Must be used in compliance with all applicable laws

We reserve the right to revoke access if these Terms are violated.

  1. Payments & Refunds

All purchases are final unless otherwise stated.

Due to the digital nature of this membership, refunds are not guaranteed and are provided at our sole discretion.

We reserve the right to update pricing at any time.

  1. Intellectual Property

All content within this membership is owned by Rae Dental Management, LLC.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute materials
  • Share content outside your team
  • Use materials for commercial purposes without written permission
  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rae Dental Management, LLC shall not be liable for any:

  • Business losses
  • Lost revenue or profits
  • Data issues
  • Operational disruptions

Your use of this membership is at your own risk.

  1. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rae Dental Management, LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the membership
  • Your business decisions
  • Your team’s actions or omissions
  1. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access if these Terms are violated.

You may cancel your membership at any time. No refunds will be issued unless otherwise stated.

  1. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the membership after updates constitutes acceptance of those changes.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
